| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente estudo é uma pesquisa sobre o instrumento Operação Urbana e sua aplicação em uma cidade de pequeno porte. O objeto de estudo a cidade de Três Corações – MG. O trabalho não foca somente no instrumento propriamente dito, mas também em suas relações com o Planejamento Urbano, planos urbanos e projetos. Seu principal objetivo é conceber um plano e projeto de intervenção urbanística na cidade de Três Corações e fornecer dados e parâmetros para futuras pesquisas e projetos. Além disso, tem a intenção de entender como inicia-se a questão urbana no Brasil, de como ela aflige as cidades do porte do objeto de estudo, os problemas por ela gerados e a capacidade do instrumento como meio de sanar este problemas. A Operação Urbana é instrumento que oferece a capacidade de moldar o espaço urbano do território da cidade, definir novos usos, introduzir e melhorar a infraestrutura entre outras. O trabalho resulta em uma proposta de um plano urbano e uma operação urbana, que visa demonstrar as potencialidades do instrumento ao ser aplicado em uma cidade do Porte de Três Corações e sua capacidade de resolver os problemas. |
| Abstract: | The present study is a research on the instrument Urban Operation and its application in a small city. The object of study is the city of Três Corações - MG. The work focuses not only on the instrument itself, but also on its relations with Urban Planning, urban plans and projects. Its main objective is to design a plan and project of urban intervention in the city of Três Corações and to provide data and parameters for future researches and projects. In addition, it intends to understand how the urban question in Brazil begins, how it afflicts the cities of the size of the object of study, the problems generated by it and the capacity of the instrument as a means of healing these problems. Urban Operation is an instrument that offers the capacity to shape the urban space of the city's territory, define new uses, introduce and improve infrastructure among others. The work results in a proposal of an urban plan and an urban operation, which aims to demonstrate the potential of the instrument when applied in a city of Porte de Três Corações and its ability to solve problems. |
