PLANEJAMENTO URBANO: diretrizes para expansão urbana

Abstract

This paper addresses urban sprawl in the southern region of Minas Gerais, in the city of Três Corações. It brings a synthesis about how to make land subdivisions in the form of subdivisions in the city of Três Corações. It presents an analysis of the ways and best procedures when creating an allotment, among them the street layout, the urban drainage, the use of existing terrain profiles, the shape of the blocks and the types of pavements, in order to gather the largest possible basis for an optimal soil subdivision. Allied to this, it brings the procedures imposed by Federal Law 6,766 / 1979, which provides for the Urban Land Installment and Supplementary Law 338/2013, which provides for the Land Installment in the Municipality of Três Corações. The work culminates in the editing and postulation of guidelines for this purpose in the city of Três Corações.
