ANÁLISE DE CUSTO E VIABILIDADE TÉCNICA ENTRE O SISTEMA DE VEDAÇÃO CONVENCIONAL COM TIJOLO CERÂMICO E O FECHAMENTO EM DRYWALL PARA O PROJETO DE UMA UBS EM ILICÍNEA-MG

Abstract

With an increasingly competitive market, Brazilian construction companies are continually seeking solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs and waste in the works, in order to pass this savings to the customer on the final price of the product. It is known that the construction market in Brazil has difficulty in replacing executive methods, especially when they directly influence the day-to-day of the consumer. In this context, one of the processes of great influence in the construction of residential works is the one of vertical internal fence that, today, in the Brazilian market, is dominated by the executive process of masonry of ceramic blocks. Although many countries have adopted "more industrialized" methods for many years, such as the drywall fence, in Brazil these methods have begun to gain a more significant place in the market in the last decade.However, this work highlights the advantages and disadvantages of the conventional masonry methods in ceramic block and the drywall seal, popularly known as gypsum board; as well as comparisons that indicate their performance. Initially, referring to the project for the case study of a Basic Health Unit in the city of Ilicínea / MG, a budget worksheet will be presented showing the cost of the work using the conventional masonry in a ceramic block and later in TCC 2 development of the budget worksheet for the use of drywall, seeking to present the best method.
