| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente trabalho compreende um estudo de caso da produtividade da mão de obra para o serviço de alvenaria de vedação em uma edificação residencial unifamiliar no município de Varginha. A mão de obra é um dos recursos de maior imprevisibilidade na construção e representa cerca de 50% do valor total da obra. Como a construção civil não é uma ciência exata, é importante para o gestor conhecer a produtividade da sua equipe para saber os fatores que podem torná-la mais eficaz. Foram realizadas visitas diárias na obra no período de 17 dias para quantificar a alvenaria executada, calcular a produtividade da equipe da obra em questão e analisar os fatores que afetam essa produtividade. O índice de produtividade da equipe foi comparado com o índice do Sistema Nacional de Preços e Índices da Construção Civil – SINAPI. |
| Abstract: | The present work is a case study of labor productivity for the alvariation service of a single-family residential building in the municipality os Varginha. A workforce ir more unpredictable is construction and accounts for about 50% of the total value os the work. As a civilization is not an exact science, it is important for the manager to know the productivity of his team to know the factors that can become more effective. Daily visits to the site were carried out over a period of 17 days to quantify an alvariance, to calculate the productivity of the work in question and to analyze the factors that affect this productivity. The productivity index of the team was compared with the National Index of Prices and Prices of Civil Construction – SINAPI. |
