POUSADA CATUAÍ EM ILICÍNEA-MG: Uma visão sobre o turismo empresarial

Abstract

The content presented in this work is related to the elaboration of a preliminary architectural study related to an inn. Before proposing the architectural conception it was necessary to study the economy of the city of Ilicínea-MG and its surroundings, the study of coffee and the main accesses in the intervention area. Through the environmental legislation it was possible to delimit the areas suitable to be built, with this made possible the analysis of the terrain topography, where the intervention area was schemed for a lease and distribution of the buildings in strategic points in order to adapt with the environment and maintain accessibility. The theme of the venture is to create harmony with the regional gourmet coffee culture and all the factors that involve the interested parties, in order to integrate agribusiness with tourism. Through the needs program, it was possible to size the areas of each building, where a single-storey hostel was determined, with an easy-to-read volumetry, providing a set whose parts integrate with each other.
