COMPARATIVO ORÇAMENTÁRIO ENTRE DOIS SISTEMAS DE ALVENARIA DE VEDAÇÃO: bloco cerâmico x bloco de concreto celular autoclavado - estudo de caso de empreendimento residencial

Abstract

This paper presents a budget comparison carried out through a case study of a mixed building (commercial and residential) with 4 floors, located in the municipality of Paraguaçu-MG. The comparison is due to the use of two types of sealing masonry blocks in the project, ceramic blocks and autoclaved cellular concrete blocks, BCCA. In addition to the economic evaluation, a study was carried out in the project structure, taking into account the loads generated by the use of the two blocks. Both systems were evaluated through structural sizing calculated using CypeCAD software, and budget spreadsheets originated by Microsoft Excel software. Through the architectural and structural projects, the quantitative and direct costs of the materials used in the masonry and superstructure of each analysis were raised, in order to evaluate the impact and economy of the two blocks used.
