Abstract

With the continued growth of the perfumery and cosmetics industry, the company Natura has emerged as the leader in the Brazilian market in this sector. The practice adopted by the company is the direct selling. Thinking about this situation, this paper presents the development of a system that uses the methodologies Relationship Customer Management (CRM), to organize sales processes practiced by consultants Natura. The system was developed using the Java language, and to store the data your MySQL database was used. The system captures requests and performs the client's relationship with the sale, allowing to consult and maintain purchase history.
